San Sebastián is a very friendly community. The leasing office and maintenance personnel are very helpful and supportive. It is very clean and also provide many activities during the week, even though through the COVID situation. Nice facility many convenient additions i.e. gym, pool/spa, patio area, entertainment center etc. Numerous social gatherings and holiday celebrations. Excellent location to shopping, banking, pharmacy, hospital and fwy access.

San Sebastian 55 Apartments is a luxurious Spanish-style complex with many of the senior-friendly accommodations I need. After ten years living here, I am still stunned by San Sebastian's elegant charm and warmth. Compliments to the friendly, professional staff as well. Overall, San Sebastian remains an excellent place to live. Celeste and Michelle, particularly, work like crazy to provide enjoyable community activities. George, our maintenance man, does all he can to keep up with demand while Hector, the facility clean-up man does outstanding work to keep the facility looking good.

You will be very well located and you will have plenty of bars and restaurants to eat, dine or have a bite to eat without having to go far from home. What we do recommend is that the flat should not be in the lively area of this part of the city, but rather towards the part that is next to the river .

A nice quiet adult community with upscale apartments and ammenities. We have a friendly and hard working staff that is receptive to suggestions and cares about their residents. Overall like the building and staff. The overall initial impression is a class A building. However, in actuality doesn’t quite make it.
